+ DiSC Assessment
REAP’s Professional Development course equips participants with the skills, confidence, and tools needed to succeed in today’s workplace. Through a blend of in-person learning, instructor-led sessions, and independent activities, participants build self-awareness through the DiSC assessment, strengthen communication and conflict resolution skills, and develop essential workplace habits like time management and professionalism. The course also provides hands-on support with resumes, job searching, networking, and interviewing—preparing participants not just to find a job, but to thrive in one.
Course Format
Course Length: 16 Hours
8 hours in person on REAP’s Alameda Campus
4 hours live with the instructor online
4 hours independent, asynchronous work
Course Price $1250
Stand-alone Course: $925
Course with Certificate: $1250
