It all starts with collaboration

We are collaborating with partner organizations to develop pathways to emerging and established credentials in climate job training.

This unique program sits at the core of REAP’s aspirations: contribute to equity-driven systems change through workforce development into nature-positive jobs.

REAP aims to create paths for this work through certifications, pre-apprenticeships, internships, and long-term employment.

Certificate Training

REAP collaborates with partners to develop workforce development trainings around sustainable practices and industries. Trainings can be taken to earn a certificate.
