Work With Us: Jobs, Pro Bono Volunteers, and More…
REAP Climate Center isn’t a typical workplace — and that’s very much on purpose.
We’re a living climate campus where real systems are built, maintained, studied, grown, repaired, and sometimes herded. Our work connects biodiversity, climate solutions, education, and workforce development, which means people work with us in a variety of ways.
Some roles are full-time or part-time positions at REAP. Others are embedded roles filled through workforce development and adult work experience programs. All of them are real, meaningful jobs that support hands-on climate solutions and real career pathways.
If you’re looking for work that’s mission-driven, practical, a little unconventional, and deeply grounded in the real world, you’re in the right place.
Check out the opportunities below to see how you might work with us.
Another great way to get to know us is by visiting our frequent open houses, volunteer days, and weekly fireside potlucks.
