Welcome to REAP Climate Center

Building pathways to meaningful work, hands-on learning, and a more regenerative future. Discover how you can learn, collaborate, and grow with us.

Find your place at REAP.

We do a lot. Here are the ways to get involved that matter most right now.

01 / OUR TOP PRIORITY

Learn Skills. Build a Career.

Explore hands-on workforce training in composting, regenerative landscaping, food service, and logistics. Build practical skills for meaningful employment.

Enrollment update: Current training opportunities prioritize Department of Rehabilitation (DOR), Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)-funded, and grant-funded participants. Public enrollment opportunities are planned for the future.

02 / CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT

Bring Your Team. Make an Impact.

Connect your organization with hands-on team building, corporate volunteering, and sponsorship opportunities that support regenerative education and climate workforce development.

Grow stronger teams while helping create lasting community impact.

03 / GUILDS, GROUPS, & PROJECTS

Find Your People. Grow Something Together.

Love mushrooms, gardening, composting, art, or making things? REAP provides space and resources for community members to connect around shared interests.

Join a guild, explore a passion, and help shape what happens next. These spaces grow through the people who make them their own.

04 / COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

Volunteer. Connect. Belong.

Spend time outdoors, meet neighbors, lend a hand on campus, and participate in community gatherings.

Whether you're joining a volunteer day or sharing a meal at a potluck, there's room to connect and contribute.

Help Grow REAP's Future.
