The REAP Climate Center is building programs for all ages. They serve our mission for workforce development in the context of regenerative systems, from play and discovery to training and certifications.

Program Areas

  • Nature-Based Workforce Development

Most of our programs have subprograms but this one is unique. Every one of our programs is a part of our mission to create paths and training for nature-based workforce development!

  • Urban Farming

We want to make urban spaces green through sustainable, nature-based solutions that will nurture and support our communities.

  • Ecology and Habitat Restoration

These programs focus on creating support for our ecosystems! By taking care nature’s systems we can increase biodiversity, capture carbon in the soil and plants, build community, and more!

  • Regenerative Labs and Exhibits

We are building whimsical, interactive, and engaging labs and exhibits for people of all ages.

  • Makerspace

Empowering people within the context of workforce development and ecology. Simultaneously helping to build our campus and programs, while supporting our community.

  • On Campus Organizations

A large part of REAP’s resources are dedicated to supporting other organizations already working in nature-based solutions and workforce development. We want to give them access to resources and connect them, to widen their outreach and create pathways for larger systems change.

REAP is a young organization. Many of our programs are in the early stages!
